That's by design. Every species has its own real pace, from about a minute to a full day. Your garden keeps growing while the app is closed, so feel free to come back later.
Will my plants die if I forget them?
Never. Nothing in My Little Window can wither. A thirsty plant simply waits for you, though well tended plants sell for more.
I got a new device. Where is my garden?
Your save syncs through your own iCloud. Install the app on the new device, sign in to the same iCloud account, and your garden returns on launch.
A purchase didn't arrive.
Force-quit and reopen the app, which re-checks pending purchases with the App Store. If gems still haven't arrived, contact us with your App Store receipt and we'll make it right.
