My Little Window · Effective October 1, 2026
My Little Window is a cozy gardening game. It is built to be private by design: it collects no personal information, and nothing it does collect can identify you.
There are no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The one thing the game sends is anonymous play statistics, so we can tell whether the garden is paced well. They are: when a play session starts, when the tutorial is finished, Plant Book progress milestones in each home, when a room is fully furnished, when you first arrive in a home and when you complete one (each noted with the day of play and, where it applies, which home), and which gem pack was bought or refunded. Each is tagged with a random install identifier that the game creates for itself; it is not connected to you, your device, or any account.
These statistics are processed by TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. TelemetryDeck receives no personal information, salts and hashes the install identifier so that it can't be recovered, and provides the same or equal protection for this data as described in this policy.
The game asks whether to share these statistics the first time you open it on a device (including after your garden is restored from iCloud), and sends nothing unless you say yes. You can change your answer any time in the game's Settings ("Anonymous Analytics"); once it's off, nothing further is sent.
Your game progress is stored on your device. If you use iCloud, a backup of your save syncs through your own private iCloud account so your garden can follow you to a new device. That data belongs to you, stays inside your Apple account, and is never visible to us.
Because the statistics can't be tied to you, we can't look up or delete one person's statistics. TelemetryDeck deletes them once they're no longer needed for analysis. To stop sending them, turn off Anonymous Analytics in the game's Settings; deleting the app also deletes its random identifier.
Settings → Reset Garden erases your garden's progress on your device and in your iCloud backup. Gems you bought, and the record of those purchases, are kept so they're never lost.
If you use Contact Support in the game's Settings, the email is pre-filled with your app version, device model, iOS version, a short summary of your garden, whether it has an iCloud backup, and the IDs of your recent purchases, so we can help quickly. You can edit or delete any of it before sending. We keep support emails only as long as needed to help you, and delete them on request.
Optional in-app purchases (gem packs) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. The anonymous statistics above note only which gem pack was bought or refunded, never who bought it. Purchases can be managed in your App Store account settings.
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. The only data it sends is the anonymous statistics described above, which can't identify anyone and can be turned off in the game's Settings.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
